Trish has been teaching yoga for almost a decade. She leads an all levels slow flow class on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and a restorative class on Sundays at 10:30 AM.
Karina teaches a slow flow vinyasa class suited for all levels incorporating sound bowls and various meditations.
Susan teaches a stronger class suited for all levels. Her poses and flows challenge the student to fully embrace the class. She teaches Tuesday at 6:30PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM.
Valerie (Dogberry Team) teaches a more specific style cue based class with intentional breathwork focusing on balancing the nervous system. Providing the student a calm and balanced state on and off the mat.
