Bill leads a Thursday night strong class 6:30 PM  (using weight is optional)  and fun all levels *fly by the seat of his pants class on Saturdays at 10:30AM. 


*fly by the seat of pant is not an official yoga posture.

Trish has been teaching yoga for almost a decade. She leads an all levels slow flow class on Wednesdays at 6:30 PM and a restorative class on Sundays at 10:30 AM.

Karina teaches a slow flow vinyasa class suited for all levels incorporating sound bowls and various meditations.

Karina

Susan teaches a stronger class suited for all levels. Her poses and flows challenge the student to fully embrace the class. She teaches Tuesday at 6:30PM and Saturdays at 9:00 AM.
